Train with a credentialed professional — and a working one.

Ian Sabourin holds a Master of Music in Opera & Vocal Performance and a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance and he hasn't stopped performing since. He is an internationally active countertenor who has covered Iestyn Davies in Gluck's Orfeo at the Canadian Opera Company, performed with Opéra de Montréal, and made his Italian debut in February 2025 with the Cini Foundation in Venice.

His broader credits include work with OperaOttawa, Caelis Academy Ensemble, Toronto Consort, and Ensemble Art Choral. He brings that same rigour, warmth, and attention to detail into every lesson.

Whether you are stepping into singing for the first time or preparing for auditions and competitions, Ian meets you where you are and helps you build a voice you can rely on.
